Drop B is an interesting avenue for those who wish to explore heavier and darker sounds of the guitar.To achieve this tuning, you’ll have to tune all the strings one and a half steps down, and the Lower E needs to be tuned two and a half steps down. So the standard E A D G B E becomes B F# B E G# C#.
